To grow baby potatoes, cut mature tubers into 1-inch pieces\u00a0and then choose soil that’s loose, well-drained, acidic, and in full sun. Water\u00a0baby\u00a0potatoes 1-2 inches per week i.e. more often during foliage growth. Harvest\u00a0baby\u00a0potatoes two weeks after foliage stop growing. The complexity of the carbohydrate is difficult for the human body to break down and this provides energy for a sustained time.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

While it takes about\u00a0four\u00a0months for most\u00a0baby\u00a0potato varieties to come to full fruition,\u00a0then the\u00a0baby potatoes are generally pulled out a month or two earlier.
